I have 20 years of experience from Project Management - driving small in-house projects as well as large international projects with responsibility over customers, colleagues and sub projects from initiation to final closure.

My strong drive and dedication help me get things done also under high pressure and short time frames. Key success factors include the ability to create enthusiastic, committed and productive teams as well as being a good problem solver who efficiently eliminates potential obstacles.

Apart from the pure project management skills I have good understanding and ability to manage technical as well as commercial matters. This has often led to roles in the area between a supplier and it's customer or between the business side of a company and it's technical departments.

I hold a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and over the years I have taken a large number of complementary courses covering various Technical Subjects, Management and Leadership, Project Management, Marketing, Economics and Business Law.

My experiences from other project related roles including Project Owner, Portfolio Manager, Chairman of steering group, Project Office Manager and Director with responsibility over four departments heavily involved in development projects.
